Balnagown Estates comprises three separate estates, Balnagown, Invercassley & Duchally. There is a total of 9 properties available to let and each has its own special appeal.
The Balnagown philosophy is built around providing very high-quality properties and supporting this with outstanding levels of personal customer service. The estate is well known for its fully restored Scottish castle, however, the tourist accommodation offering was not meeting their expectations and it was recognised that change was required to improve the take up of the holiday accommodation.
Balnagown had an established web presence and brand.
Navertech were employed and worked in collaboration with branding and marketing specialists Hughes Consultancy.
The first step was to identify any issues with the existing marketing activities, including branding, website and brochure. It quickly became clear that a complete change in focus was required.
Once agreed, we contributed towards a revised Balnagown brand strategy and delivered a complete overhaul of the brochure and website, which included full Search Engine Optimisation and an aggressive Pay-per-click advertising campaign
